Trade Board Rules

Our Trade Board allows customers to trade items from our live shows. Please review the guidelines below:

Availability

• The Trade Board will be available on an ongoing basis.
• Not all collections or items will always be available.
• Items listed on the Trade Board are for trade only and cannot be reserved.

Love-Away Board

• The Love-Away Board is separate from the Trade Board.
• Items on the Trade Board cannot be used for games, giveaways, or free-with-purchase reveals.

Trade Terms

• Trades are item for item only to maintain an adequate selection.
• Once an item is traded, it is considered final.

Customer-to-Customer Trades

Customers are welcome to trade with each other during live shows.

How It Works

• Both parties must agree to the trade in the chat.
• Items do not need to be the same type (e.g., a necklace may be traded for earrings).

Important Notes

• All trades must be completed before the live show ends.
• If a replacement is needed, the item listed on your invoice will be the one replaced (not the item you traded for).
• All policies are subject to change as we continue to improve the trading process.

You can easily measure your ring size at home using a piece of string or a thin strip of paper. Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger, mark where the ends meet, and then measure the length with a ruler in millimeters. Compare this measurement to a standard ring size chart to find your size. Be sure to measure at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest for the most accurate result.
